A Place of Recovery and Independent Living
Desiree’s Place provides a safe, clean and substance free family environment that supports independent living for individuals recovering from Dual Diagnosis. Desiree’s Place includes professional skilled staff to maintain quality care.
Services Offered
·Mental Health Recovery Support, Guidance and Life Skills including personal care
· Three nutritional meals with two healthy snacks
· Safe, Clean, Friendly and Sanitized Family Environment
· Professional Skilled Staff
· Administration of Medication
· Laundry
· Community Outings and other planned activities
· CO-ED Living
· Basic Cable & Internet Ready.
· Monitoring Behavior Management
(When applicable).
· Transportation provided to Mental Health Appts (MAT treatment included) appointments
· Supporting, encouraging, and assisting in daily living skills, reaching their goals.
· Providing loving, friendly, compassionate, family environment.
· Case Management
· NA, AA and Peer Support Groups
· Anger Management
